It's hard to believe that February has passed so quickly! This month, I made sure to send out my group of little houses for A Quilt for a Child. I just can't wait to see what the finished piece will look like. If you're interested in seeing the abundance of awesome homes created, just head onto Instagram and search the hashtag villagequilt. On another note, ideas are looming! New quilt patterns, new apron designs, and some random playing around with fabric makes me wish I had more hours in the day to spend creating! I made quite a bit of progress with my foundation paper piecing hearts quilt. I opted for a quirky layout rather that scattering the two different types of hearts. I really really really adore this piece! I ordered some more background fabric in which I plan to mimic the "C" shape taking place. I mean, who says that everything has to be centered?
